How you get paid

Your money goes from Airbnb to your account, directly

We charge a percentage (12% or 20% depending on the plan) calculated at the end of the chain: after Airbnb’s fee and the cleaning fee, never on the total the guest pays. And we don’t pay you: Airbnb’s payout splitting deposits your share straight into your account, 24 to 48 business hours after each check-in. No bookings, no commission. No fixed costs.

What the guest pays and where each part goes

01The guest pays on Airbnb

The booking total: the nights plus the cleaning fee.

02Airbnb keeps its fee

15.5% of that total. That fee belongs to Airbnb, and you’d pay it just the same if you self-managed your listing.

03The cleaning fee is set aside

The fee the guest paid covers all turnover costs: cleaning, laundry and supplies. The owner pays nothing.

04Your share, to your account

Our commission (12% or 20%) applies to what remains, and payout splitting deposits your share directly, 24 to 48 business hours after check-in.

An example with numbers

A real booking, step by step

Sample booking: 5 nights at USD 60, USD 25 cleaning, Premium plan (20%). Actual values depend on your apartment, the season and the plan — ask us for an estimate for your apartment.

Careful with adding percentages: the 15.5% is Airbnb’s fee on the total and you’d pay it anyway without a manager. Our 20% is calculated afterwards, on a smaller amount. Hiring Qüin Baires costs you only the plan’s commission.

You choose where to get paid

Bank account in Argentina

Your account in pesos or dollars, in your name.

Account abroad

If you live abroad or prefer to get paid there, no hassle.

Crypto wallet

You can also get paid in crypto if that’s your thing.

The payout account is yours and you set it up on Airbnb. We leave everything ready during onboarding.

Your numbers, always in sight

Besides each booking’s deposit, you have your owner portal with live numbers: monthly performance, nightly rate, occupancy and every booking with your net, exportable. Every month you get the detailed report, and in January the yearly summary for your accountant.

Questions about payouts

Do you charge anything if there are no bookings?
No. The commission applies only to booked nights. A month without bookings is a month without commission.
Who pays for cleaning?
The guest, as a separate charge on each booking. That amount covers all costs —cleaning, laundry and supplies— and carries no commission. The owner pays nothing.
When and how do I get paid?
Airbnb deposits each booking 24 to 48 business hours after check-in, into the account you chose: Argentine, foreign or crypto.
Do you ever touch my money?
No. Airbnb’s payout splitting distributes the payment at the source: your share goes straight to your account and never passes through Qüin Baires.
Are there any upfront costs?
Only the onboarding: USD 100 one time (professional photos, inventory, listing setup and initial configuration).
